# The Toolkit > The Toolkit (from Koala For Work) is a free set of simple tools for ADHD brains: timers, breathing exercises, grounding, sensory resets, brain dump, task breakdown, prioritising and more. No account, no AI, nothing stored or sent (favourited tools are remembered on-device only). Runs entirely in the browser at https://toolkit.koalaforwork.com. Every tool is deliberately non-AI: simple, transparent logic instead of a model, so how each one works is easy to see and predict. Several tools hand off to each other (Brain dump sorts into Prioritise, Prioritise and Task breakdown can both send into Task manager), so a person can move from an unsorted head to a running timer without leaving the page. ## Tools - Timer: a plain countdown with a gentle chime. - Pomodoro: focus rounds with adjustable breaks. - Task manager: a small list for today, one active task at a time, with a per-task timer and optional step breakdown. - Breathing: a guided pacer with four patterns (Box, Calming, 4-7-8, Energising). - 5-4-3-2-1 grounding: a sensory technique for anxious or overwhelmed moments. - Sensory reset: two-minute body-based resets for too much or too little input, with a "pick one for me" option. - Brain dump: empty your head into a box, then sort each thought into to-do, worry, idea, or let go. - Task breakdown: turn one dreaded task into small, startable steps using keyword pattern matching. - Prioritise: decide what matters one item at a time, two plain questions each. - Task Manager Pro: five well-known planning methods (Simple List, Eat the Frog, 1-3-5 Rule, Eisenhower Matrix, Must-Should-Want). - Action prompt: turns what needs doing, a deadline and context into one clean prompt to paste into Koala. ## Company - [Koala For Work](https://koalaforwork.com): the paid planning tool this toolkit is free from. Koala breaks work into actions sized to real capacity, for professionals with ADHD. - Founder: Valerie Oyiki, designer and founder, building openly as a neurodivergent founder.
